Dear all
Thankyou so much for the cards,  get well messages and flowers.  Really means a lot.  Unfortunately flowers aren’t allowed in but Mrs Clark says they were lovely.
Every doctor and nurse has said I’m not the classic Individual for a heart attack due to my relatively heathy life style and exercise . To think Only 6 weeks ago I was walking in the Swiss Alps,  last week canoeing,  so quite frustrating to end up in here.  
The staff have been fantastic but they all acknowledge they don’t have the resources for our population.  Especially at the James Paget where it all started.  
Food has been a pleasant surprise.  Plenty of it, simple but very healthy .  Certainly no complaints on that front.  
Hopefully be back in the not too distant future and thanks again.
